The location of the hotel is far away from public transport, but it is conveniently located near the night market and the main shopping district in Pratunam. It is also very close to shopping malls, providing easy access to shopping opportunities. The rooms are modern and clean, and the staff service is quite good.
Some guests in the hotel were noisy and disruptive, causing inconvenience for other guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, with toiletries provided, including razors. The hotel is conveniently located near the Platinum shopping mall and many massage places. We could easily walk to local street food stalls, as well as convenience stores. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, especially the bellboys who assisted us with our luggage and taxi bookings. The location of the hotel was central, making it easy for us to travel to the airport and shopping areas.
Can't fault anything about it.

This hotel is a good choice for a stay in Bangkok. The location is perfect, very close to the main shopping district in Pratunam and near to the main tourist places. The staff is very helpful, responding immediately to all requests, and the rooms are comfortable with a requested King sized bed. The breakfast is good, and they even allowed us to keep our bags there after check-out, so we could explore the city.
Sound isolation could be improved in some of the rooms.

The bed at Spenza Hotel was comfortable, awesome for a restful night's sleep. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a clean toilet and fresh towels provided daily. The hotel's location was convenient, with Family Mart and 7-11 nearby for any necessities. The complimentary bottle of water and hairdryer were also appreciated. The WiFi connection was strong and reliable.
